# Terms of service

**Terms of Use for Buy Button Plus**

By using Buy Button Plus, you agree to the following terms.

**1. Service Description**\
Buy Button Plus embeds Shopify products and checkout on external websites. It depends on your Shopify account and follows Shopify’s own policies and limitations.

**2. Eligibility**\
You must have a valid Shopify store, the authority to manage it, and the right to embed commerce tools on the sites where you use Buy Button Plus.

**3. Your Responsibilities**\
You are responsible for all content, product data, pricing, and compliance with laws in your region. You must ensure your site and your use of the service do not violate Shopify’s terms or any applicable regulations.

**4. Data and Privacy**\
Buy Button Plus processes only the data required to function. Checkout and all transactional data are handled by Shopify. Your use of the app is subject to Shopify’s privacy and data handling rules.

**5. Limits and Availability**\
Service uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change at any time. We are not liable for downtime, loss of sales, or incompatibility with themes, plugins, or third party tools.

**6. Prohibited Use**\
Do not use Buy Button Plus for illegal products, misleading practices, or activities that violate Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.

**7. Intellectual Property**\
Buy Button Plus, its code, branding, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app.

**8. Termination**\
We may suspend or remove access at our discretion. You may uninstall the app at any time.

**9. Liability**\
Buy Button Plus is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any damages arising from your use of the service.

10. **Resale and white-label:** Customers are prohibited from distributing or reselling Buy Button products or services outside web properties owned by the customer, without explicit permission from Jasper Studios. This includes any third party websites.

**11. Updates to Terms**\
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app confirms your acceptance of any changes.
