This guide helps you understand your Buy Button Plus analytics and optimize button performance.

Understanding Button Analytics

Buy Button Plus provides analytics for each button, allowing you to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Accessing Analytics

  1. From the dashboard, click on a button to go to its details page.

  2. Scroll down to the Analytics section.

Key Metrics

The following metrics are available for each button:

  • Total Orders: The number of orders placed through this button

  • Total Sales: The total value of orders placed through this button

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of button views that resulted in a purchase

  • Average Order Value: The average value of orders placed through this button

  • Views: The number of times the button has been viewed

Time-Based Analysis

Analytics are available for different time periods:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last 90 days

  • Custom date range

Use the date selector in the analytics section to change the time period.

Sales Charts

The sales chart shows:

  • Daily/weekly sales trends

  • Order volume over time

  • Comparison to previous periods

Hover over data points to see detailed information for specific days.

Tracking Order Sources

Buy Button Plus automatically tracks where orders originated, helping you understand which buttons and websites are most effective.

Order Attribution

Each order placed through a button is associated with:

  • The specific button used

  • The website where the button was embedded

  • The customer's device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • Referral source (when available)

Identifying Successful Buttons

Compare analytics across different buttons to identify which:

  • Products sell best through buy buttons

  • Button styles have the highest conversion rates

  • Website placements generate the most sales
